Self-Love & Discovery Coaching

This 8-week program will push you to do the work, answer the difficult questions, tell your truth no matter how painful it may be, and get in tune with the real you. As life moves forward and our needs, wants, and passions evolve, we are constantly faced with the challenge of learning to understand these changes and adjust. The goal of this program is to enable enrollees reconnect with their most authentic selves and learn to truly enjoy every moment of their journey.

8-Week Curriculum:

• Week 1: Using childhood clues to define your purpose
• Week 2: Identifying generational patterns, habits and curses
• Week 3: Setting standards & defining boundaries
• Week 4: Defining personal core values
• Week 5: Defining and executing goals
• Week 6: Being intentional about how you show up in the world
• Week 7: Self Love & Developing a Spirit of Gratitude
• Week 8: Finding your voice and telling your story

• 8 Weekly Modules with Corresponding Worksheets: Take control of your life and your business. Weekly modules will give you the tools and information you need to go to the next level in every area of your life. With free tools, expert research/experience, and amazing content each week.
• 8 Weekly Strategy Calls: Share progress updates, get feedback from me about your newest idea, and ask a question about a problem that has you stuck. This is also another venue of motivation and celebrating the steps you are taking in your journey to true success and happiness.
